Get organised, plan, and prepare what you want to move, J&M provide cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, tape and labels once you have paid a deposit. Always label the box, this will make moving into your new property easier for both you and the removal team.
When packing boxes, ideally do not exceed 15kgs

Wardrobe boxes - J&M offer standard wardrobe boxes on the move day, simply remove from wardrobe to box, no need to fold or crease your clothes
Carpet protectors - J&M offer standard carpet protectors, this ensures carpets are kept clean at both ends of the move.
Mattress Protectors - J&M offer standard mattress protectors from single to super king-size, this ensures mattresses are kept clean.
Quilted Blankets - J&M offer standard quilted blankets for the protection of furniture.
Picture Boxes - J&M offer standard wooden picture boxes, for the complete protection of TVs, mirrors, paintings, pictures, and other valuable and fragile items.
Dismantling service - J&M offer as standard a dismantling service, no need to take the bed frames apart beforehand, let J&M do this for you on the day. The excludes Water and Electric beds.
Don’t pack the kettle too soon, all removal work is thirsty work & your Removal Company team might like a drink whilst loading the van and don’t forget - keep it handy at the other end for the unloading process.
Don’t forget to do your change of address info.
Record your meter readings, don’t forget to take a Gas, Electric and Water meter readings and submit it to your suppliers before you leave.
