Company origins – built on many years’ experience of House Relocation including over 25 years working in the Retail, Transport and Logistics industry.
The company was formed after looking at buying an existing company but having looked at a number of potential Removal organisations, we were unable to find one that could historically demonstrate commitment to the high expectations that we believe are essential to our customers.
We are creative in finding a solution to any given situation, and this was one of the determining factors in wanting to set up a new business together. All our staff are selected because they both meet and demonstrate the highest required level of customer service.
Customer Service is key in any industry, no more so than the House Relocation business, we aim to take the stress out of the process giving the customer peace of mind, ensuring that the customer's needs are always met and providing the highest quality service and in any given situation.
All customers are given an opportunity to earn a small reward for subsequent recommendations that lead to a completed move by way of a thank you. All our employees recognise the value of the importance of customer recommendations, hence striving not just to meet but exceed expectations.

John Hern – Director – John has several years in the removal industry. He has lived and worked in Devon all his life, is professional in all that he does, and has been in Customer Service, Transport and Logistics since 1994. In his spare time, John can be found fishing the Rivers and Lakes of Dartmoor.
Dave Clark – Director – Dave has several years’ experience in the removals industry, having worked for another company prior to joining us. Prior to joining the removals industry, Dave has an extensive background in customer service and team management from numerous years in retail management.
Dave is a keen horse rider and enjoys relaxing out on his horse, as well as competing at county and local shows,
